Hi, I’m Emma – a fully qualified personal trainer, female fitness coach, and nutritionist.

I work with women aged 25 and above, supporting them through every stage of life. As a qualified menopause coach, I also provide tailored guidance on nutrition and exercise to help women manage this important transition with confidence.

Fitness has always been part of my life. I’ve experienced every stage – from starting out as a beginner to competing at a high level, even earning my professional card in fitness competitions.

 Along the way, I’ve dedicated myself to learning about training, nutrition, and mindset, not just through qualifications but also through years of personal experience.

Today, I use that knowledge to help women overcome struggles with diet and exercise. My approach is not about short-term fixes, but about creating a sustainable lifestyle that makes you feel strong, energised, and in control.

My goal is simple: to give women the education and confidence they need to build healthy habits, enjoy food without guilt, and never feel pressured to jump on the latest diet trend again.
