Structured Personal Training Plans

Looking for face-to-face support to help you reach your goals? I offer personal training sessions in my private gym, starting with a free 30-minute consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, your lifestyle, and the best way forward for you.

I work on block bookings (5, 10, 12, or 15 sessions) or monthly payment plans, which also include full nutrition support. To help you stay consistent, I encourage weekly routine bookings so your session time is secured each week, making it easier to plan the rest of your schedule around your training.

Strength Training for Every Level

Each session lasts one hour and focuses on strength training tailored to your ability. You’ll learn correct form and technique so you get the most out of your workouts. My goal is for you to leave feeling challenged, energised, and proud of what you’ve achieved — not completely worn out.

Not feeling confident coming alone? You don’t have to!
I offer: –

  • 1-to-1 sessions for focused personal training
  • 1-to-2 sessions if you’d like to train with a friend
  • Small group sessions (up to 4 people) for added motivation and fun

Many of my clients start noticing changes within as little as 4 weeks of consistent training, and if you’d like extra support, you can add a hybrid package, combining in-person sessions with additional workouts to complete in your own time.
